首先，我给大家介绍一下东北的美食。东北人爱吃炖菜，最耀眼的明星就是“酸菜炖粉条”了。东北的大白菜可是相当于湖北白菜的两三倍大呢！每当冬天来临时，每家每户都会准备几十棵大白菜，放在一个大缸里，把白菜密封起来。渐渐的，白菜在里面发黄、变脆、变酸、入味……过了十几天之后，即使隔着缸也能闻到白菜芬芳扑鼻的“酸”香，揭开缸盖，白菜由新鲜的翠绿色变成了诱人的金黄色，把酸菜捞起来，切成丝，按照东北最传统的炖菜做法，“酸菜炖粉条”就闪亮登场了。

在除夕当天，大街小巷上挤满了人，卖春联的，卖糖果的各大商店门口也都挤满了人。到了晚上，隐约能听见窗外传来阵阵烟花燃放的声音，每家人都吃着年夜饭，看着春晚脸上喜洋洋的'。

二人转是我们老一辈的爷爷奶奶的生活，他们没事就喜欢唱二人转，听一听，这也几乎成了他们的习惯。有事，谁家有什么喜事，或逢年过节什么的都会请来演员来给唱上几段，这似乎在我们的眼中已成了必然。谁家都会有几张二人转的唱片，他们不仅是单单的喜欢听而是爱听，这种喜爱之情是什么都无法比较的。

东北还是一个大粮仓呢！那里土地肥沃，不管是在什么时候，都是粮食遍地。春夏秋不说，冬天也有大棚种植。只要有土地，就有吃不完的粮食。乳白色的大豆、火红的高粱、金黄的玉米、绿油油的大葱在东北应有尽有。东北的土地真广啊，尤其是到了北大仓，一望无际的黑土地，根本望不到边。踩在黑土地上，如同行走在一大片黑毯上似的，又仿佛置身于煤矿场。这片热土，是植被的温床，它让无以数计的植物茁壮成长，也令无数人心驰神往。在二三十年代到六七十年代之间，无数山东人向往着这片土地，为了粮食，为了填饱肚子，他们如同发疯一样拖儿带女往东北挤，造成了一个历史上的大移民奇观。
我的家乡东北真好啊，虽然现在我住在青岛，但我非常喜欢东北。

春节是一个美好的节日，每家每户都团团圆圆，春节有很多习俗：吃饺子，大扫除，穿新衣。吃饺子的习俗得从一个传说说起。
传说张仲景当年辞官还乡时，他老家正值寒冬，十分寒冷。当时人们没有多余的钱购置保暖的衣服，所以很多人都冻得四肢僵硬，耳朵都冻烂了，有许多人到张仲景求药，看到乡亲冻僵的样子，便舍药相救，获得了百姓的称赞。后来张仲景研制出了”娇耳”，也就是今天的饺子。人们吃过娇耳，喝了驱寒汤后，浑身暖和，耳朵气血也通了，吃过的.百姓从此都没有出现冻僵的现象，耳朵也没有被冻烂了。
除夕当天，爸爸妈妈爷爷奶奶都在厨房包饺子，我也凑上去包，看到妈妈包的饺子一个个活像小元宝，很漂亮，我怕包不好，就先拿擀面杖擀面皮。先把面团放到面板上摁一下，面团变扁了，就可以擀了。三两下一个圆圆的，薄薄的面皮就出现在我面前，我也乐在其中，不一会儿，一堆面团便一个不剩了。我小心翼翼地拿起面皮放上饺子馅，把中间对折，从左到右捏到一起，一个新月状的饺子便包好了。但是我包的同妈妈包的相比丑多了。妈妈鼓励我说：”再包一个吧，相信你一定会包的更好。”这回我在皮上多加一点馅，包出来变得鼓鼓的了，美观多了。半小时后，饺子包完了，一个比一个漂亮，花边整齐，小巧玲珑，让人心里颇有成就感。
让人开心的不单单是吃饺子，还有包饺子这有趣的过程，因为我知道每个饺子的背后都是我们一家辛勤劳动的成果啊！

春天的东北，百花齐放，河里的冰融化了，变成了棵棵小草生命的源泉。美丽的花开了，从高贵的牡丹到路边的野花，全都开了，这一点，美丽又可爱的迎春花已经告诉我们了，春天的美不只有这些，还有可爱的动物朋友们，在春天刚刚到来之际，黑色的狗熊睁开那宝石一般的眼睛，大摇大摆地从洞里走了出来。离开了半年的小燕子从南方飞回来了，看，春天的东北美不美？它是所有植物、动物的出生之时，它也象征着新的开始。
夏天的东北也别有一番情趣，大家会感到夏天的东北很闷热，的确，东北的气候比较干燥，所以夏天会感觉闷热。但是夏天也是让人快乐的季节，是所有的包括植物、动物、人物的季节。快瞧，像一位舞者的'荷花在水上静静的坐着，就连这热也无法打扰到它。蜻蜓飞到荷花尖上，好像在问它怎么才能凉爽些。鱼儿可不像荷花一样，而是到处乱游，要是捕鱼，夏天最适合不过了。
秋天的东北是丰收的季节，东北的农作物丰富，大豆、高粱、玉米、水稻、芝麻、小豆等等，种类极其丰富，这些农作物会被卖到祖国各地，提供全国人民的食品供应，因此东北可算是个宝地。
说了这么多，东北一年四季都很美，大家现在有没有马上来我的家乡游玩的冲动啊？
